Yes, under conditions. I prefer payments via Google Checkout. If you wish to use PayPal, or send a money order. All money must be in U.S. currency. Please contact before placing an order..

How are your items shipped?
At this time our items ship USPS Priority Mail. This is to ensure that you receive your item in a timely fashion. If you would like your item shipped via a different method, such as Standard Mail or Express Mail, please contact us. We try to work with our customers as best we can.

How can I contact you?
You can contact us by sending us an email at audaciouspetstore@audaciouspetstore.com. We are currently working on getting a new phone set up, so email is the only way to contact us at the moment. Rest assured we check our email frequently, as customer service is of utmost importantance to us.

I care about my items, and I care about my customers. So much so that I do my best to ensure that any package that leaves me will arrive at my customers safe and sound. And most importantly, that my customer is please.

How Soon Do You Ship?
We try to have all orders shipped within 24-48 hours of processed order. No more than 72 unless there is something beyond our control. We do our best to always keep our customer informed on the status of their order. Therefore, if for some reason your order will take longer than 48 hours to ship, you will be notified. If you opt to pay by money order, please allow more time for the payment to clear. We also like to keep track of the packages that we send out, and usually contact the buyer to make sure the package arrived o.k. Yes, you read that right. We contact our customers to see if they are happy. It is just an element that makes shopping with us an Audacious experience! It also sets us apart from other stores. We truly care about our customers.
